LOCATION
The “ALILA” residence is located in Luxembourg-Belair, at 9/9A Joséphine Jacquemart-Jaans Street. It will be built on a lot of approximately 15.46 ares.

SURROUNDINGS
Located west of Luxembourg City, Belair enjoys a prime location very close to all other neighborhoods in Luxembourg City. The residence is just a stone's throw from Place de l'Étoile and has excellent public transportation connections.
Place de l'Étoile is a major transit hub served by city buses, regional buses, and the tram line. With the completion of the new “Place de l'Étoile” project, designed to promote sustainable transportation, the area will also feature several bike paths, Vél'OH bike-sharing stations, and pedestrian connections to the city's other neighborhoods. The Josy Barthel Stadium is located 1.4 km from the residence. It has been slated for demolition since the new Luxembourg Stadium opened in 2022. The old stadium will be replaced by residential units.
The Belair Sports Complex is located 1.2 km away and includes a large sports center and a swimming pool.
Shopping centers are just a few minutes' drive away, as is the Luxembourg Hospital Center. The “La Belle Étoile” and “City Concorde” shopping centers are 3.6 km and 4.3 km from the residence, respectively.

TRANSPORTATION
Right next to the residence, on Rue du Kiem, is the “Belair, Rue de l'Ouest,” which is served by Line 8 toward Place de l'Étoile and Hamilius, as well as the high schools in Limpertsberg and, in the opposite direction, toward Strassen and Bertrange.
If you turn onto Rue des Aubépines, you'll find a bus stop served by lines 13 and 24 heading toward Bouillon, Hollerich, and Howald, as well as toward the maternity ward and the hospital.

You can take the “Tram” (streetcar) at Place de l'Étoile, which runs between “Luxexpo The Box” and Central Station via Place de Paris. The route will be extended to the airport (Findel) and the Cloche d'Or, south of the Gasperich neighborhood, by 2023.

A “vel'OH” station is located on Place de l'Étoile, 500 meters from the residence, where you can rent bikes for short trips.

SCHOOLS
The Belair Early Childhood and Elementary School (EP) is located just 1.3 km from the residence on Aloyse Kayser Street. Also located there is the Foyer de Belair–Kayser, an educational center for children (ages 3–12) offering after-school care and programs during school vacations.
“OTR International School” is a bilingual private school offering programs in English and French. It is located on Val Ste Croix, just a 300-meter walk away.
