SITUATION

The "NYX" residence is located in Luxembourg-Belair, rue Nicolas Simmer. It will be built on a plot of ca. 27.47 ares.

SURROUNDINGS

Located in the west of Luxembourg City, Belair enjoys a privileged location very close to all the other districts of Luxembourg City. The residence is a stone's throw from the Place de l'Etoile and has excellent public transport links.

Place de l'étoile is an interchange served by municipal buses, regional buses and the tramway line. With the completion of the new "Place de l'Etoile" project, designed to encourage the development of soft mobility, it will also host several cycle paths, Vél'OH stations and pedestrian links to other parts of the city. The 8,365 m2 site will include shops, a fitness center, a food hall and a multiplex cinema.
The Josy Barthel stadium is located 350 m from the residence.
It is due to be demolished once the new Luxembourg stadium opens in 2022. The old stadium will be replaced by housing.

MOBILITY

Directly next to the residence, on the Route d'Arlon, is the "Belair, Nicolas Simmer" bus stop, which is served by various bus lines (16, 22, 11) to Luxembourg City, the airport, Bertrange and Steinsel. You can take the "Tram" (tramway) from Place de l'Etoile, which runs between Luxexpo The Box and Central Station via Place de Paris. The route will be extended to the airport (Findel) and the Cloche d'Or to the south of the Gasperich district until 2023.
