Op Pelgert | A New Residential Neighborhood in Oberanven

Perched on the hills above Oberanven, the Op Pelgert development comprises 32 homes in a low-density residential neighborhood. The homes blend harmoniously with the site's natural topography, emphasizing outdoor spaces, unobstructed views, and discreet integration into the lush landscape.

Located on a very quiet rural street, surrounded by only a few homes, this new neighborhood is particularly well-suited for family life. It offers a peaceful and reassuring environment, while providing access to a wide range of local services and shops—whether by bike, car, or on foot. The municipal office is a five-minute walk away, and nearby amenities include a daycare center, an after-school care center, a school, a sports center, and several playgrounds.

Oberanven is part of the municipality of Niederanven, which thrives on a rich and varied community, cultural, and sporting life. Nature is everywhere: parks, green spaces, the Gréngewald Forest, and the Aarnescht Nature Reserve, known for its abundance of orchids.

The location is also ideal for getting around. About 8 km from Luxembourg City, the city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, with direct access to the A1 highway and the N1, and Findel Airport is nearby. The “Schetzel” bus stop, just 150 meters away, is served by line 321, which reaches Kirchberg in about 20 minutes.

A truly family-friendly neighborhood in a highly sought-after village, set in lush greenery with breathtaking views of the valley, just outside Luxembourg-Kirchberg.
